Business Continuity is in our DNA

Silent-Aire was established in 1994 in Edmonton, Alberta, with a focus on designing and manufacturing custom HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) solutions. From the beginning, our mission has been to deliver innovative cooling systems that meet the specific needs of our clients. Our expertise in precision cooling and air handling systems quickly earned us a strong reputation, particularly in the critical environments of data centers and other mission-critical facilities. This dedication to quality and innovation enabled us to secure contracts with major technology companies, setting the stage for our rapid growth.

In the early 2000s, as the demand for data centers and cloud computing infrastructure surged, Silent-Aire expanded its operations to cater to a global market. We developed cutting-edge solutions, including modular data center cooling systems, which provided efficient and scalable cooling for large-scale facilities. Our ability to adapt to the evolving needs of the tech industry solidified our position as a leading provider of mission-critical HVAC systems. Our commitment to sustainability also led to the development of energy-efficient products, helping our clients reduce their environmental impact while maintaining optimal performance.

By the 2010s, Silent-Aire had grown into a global powerhouse, with manufacturing facilities and offices across North America and Europe. In 2021, we were acquired by Johnson Controls, a move that further enhanced our ability to innovate and deliver state-of-the-art solutions to clients worldwide. Despite our growth, we remain committed to our core values of quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction. Today, Silent-Aire stands as a key player in the HVAC industry, known for our unparalleled expertise in designing and delivering custom cooling solutions for some of the world’s most critical environments.
