Bulletin: May 15, 2020, 3PM MST – Edmonton Travel Update
Attention Silent-Aire Team:
Throughout the COVID-19 Pandemic, Silent-Aire will continue to place the health, safety and security of our employees and our business at the forefront of our planning and preparation. We thank you for the hard work and your ongoing diligence to the COVID-19 measures Silent-Aire has implemented. We empathize with people wanting to resume normalcy in their lives, however our primary obligation is to ensure the safety and security of our employees and facilities.
Non-essential travel, especially outside the province, is not recommended. However, if you must travel within the province, be aware that many businesses (such as restaurants and hotels) may be closed. Going camping or travelling by car at this time can still pose a risk to you if you come in close contact with others or share public facilities at campsites or along the trails. This is because it is possible for someone to have COVID-19 and spread it to others, even if they have no symptoms. Mask use is strongly recommended in crowded public spaces that do not allow for physical distancing of 2 meters apart. If you plan to go camping please contact Alberta Parks for guidelines and recommendations.
All international travel will be subject to a 14-day quarantine from Silent-Aire facilities upon your return.
All travel must be approved in advance by emailing securityawareness@silent-aire.com
