Mandatory Masks – Global

Attention Silent-Aire Team:

August 7, 2020 Silent-Aire has 4 Facility Alert Status Levels and for the majority of the time during COVID-19 we have been operating in Level 2 – Guarded Measures. At all 12 Silent-Aire facilities globally we are implementing a Mandatory Mask Program as part of our expanded Level 2 Guarded Measures that include:

  1. Pre-Screen: Silent-Aire measures all employee’s temperature and assess for COVID-19 symptoms prior to starting work.
  2. Mandatory Global Mask Program at All Silent-Aire Facilities: All Silent-Aire employees must wear a face mask as per our policy while in the workplace.
  3. +6 Social Distance: employees should maintain 6 feet and practice social distancing at work as duties permit in the workplace.
  4. Disinfect and Clean workspaces: Silent-Aire has increased cleaning and disinfecting all areas such as bathrooms, common areas, and shared electronic equipment routinely.

We recommend that employees provide and utilize their own cloth or disposable non-medical mask while at work.  Silent-Aire is also providing cloth and disposable non-medical masks to employees during the launch of the Global Mask Program. It is imperative that If you have any of the following COVID-19 symptoms do not come to work: Fever or chills, Cough, Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, Fatigue, Muscle or body aches, Headache, New loss of taste or smell, Sore throat, Congestion or runny nose, Nausea or vomiting, Diarrhea. If you become sick during the day, please contact your supervisor, and you will be assessed. The health and safety of all employees is of the most importance and we encourage employees to reach out to Supervisors if you have any questions about the Silent-Aire COVID-19 response.
